Critical Thinking

Critical thinking is an important part of studying God’s Word. It means asking good questions, carefully examining the Bible, considering historical and biblical evidence, and comparing what we learn with the rest of Scripture. God welcomes our questions, in fact, He invites us to seek Him and His ways with all our heart.

Not every question about God has an answer we can fully understand. Some truths go beyond what our minds can completely explain. As we study the Bible, we use both reason and faith to understand what God has revealed and to trust Him where our understanding is limited. The Bible is God’s inspired Word and the foundation for knowing Him through Jesus and live according to His will and be ready to give an answer.
